Well we are into our second 100 days and I hope everyone is doing well. Brooke is!!! I excercised 6 days and logged my food every day. My weight is staying more level and not fluctuating as much as before. Hopefully that means I am making progress, I am still feeling great and enjoying this new lifestyle. I even enjoy all the fiber!!!
