Well it is Friday and I am feeling good to be maintaining my weight. Logging food every day and excercising 6 or 7 days a week has actually become normal for me. I hope I can just keep going without anything drastic changing my routine. Hope everyone else is doing well!!! Shirlee

Well we are into our second 100 days and I hope everyone is doing well. Brooke is!!! I excercised 6 days and logged my food every day. My weight is staying more level and not fluctuating as much as before. Hopefully that means I am making progress, I am still feeling great and enjoying this new lifestyle. I even enjoy all the fiber!!!

SEVEN MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!I can't believe it! I am going to say seven more days to the rest of my life. I will not give up feeling so good and having so much energy. I am so greatful for this experience and the privilige of working with this awesome group. We are all winners!!!! When I started this I had 19 grandkids and I now have number 20 on the way. Wow, life just gets better all the time. Shirlee

Well, I have very few days to lose the 10 pounds that I wanted to lose but I did get started. This has been an awesome and great learning experience. I am excited to see our results at the weigh-out. Good luck everyone.

I cannot believe that it has been that long. I know that I feel better and that I am able to not only keep up with my husband, but push him a little! My grandkids still run circles around me but I don't get as tired hanging out with them. Thanks everyone for your help and encouragement, especially Shaun. Have an awesome wedding! Shirlee
