Well it is Friday and I am feeling good to be maintaining my weight. Logging food every day and excercising 6 or 7 days a week has actually become normal for me. I hope I can just keep going without anything drastic changing my routine. Hope everyone else is doing well!!! Shirlee

Well we are into our second 100 days and I hope everyone is doing well. Brooke is!!! I excercised 6 days and logged my food every day. My weight is staying more level and not fluctuating as much as before. Hopefully that means I am making progress, I am still feeling great and enjoying this new lifestyle. I even enjoy all the fiber!!!

SEVEN MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!I can't believe it! I am going to say seven more days to the rest of my life. I will not give up feeling so good and having so much energy. I am so greatful for this experience and the privilige of working with this awesome group. We are all winners!!!! When I started this I had 19 grandkids and I now have number 20 on the way. Wow, life just gets better all the time. Shirlee

Well, I have very few days to lose the 10 pounds that I wanted to lose but I did get started. This has been an awesome and great learning experience. I am excited to see our results at the weigh-out. Good luck everyone.

I cannot believe that it has been that long. I know that I feel better and that I am able to not only keep up with my husband, but push him a little! My grandkids still run circles around me but I don't get as tired hanging out with them. Thanks everyone for your help and encouragement, especially Shaun. Have an awesome wedding! Shirlee

We had our last nutrition class this morning and I am going to miss it. We learned a lot and have had a lot of help from different people. Especially thanks to Mindy for being so patient with us and teaching us so much. Shirlee

Today is Monday and I was on vacation from Wednesday to Saturday night. I think I did pretty good on the diet--only a couple of slips--but I did excercise every day. Jogging in a swimming pool at the motel was the high-light. Hope everyone else is still going strong. The scales still don"t love me and like to bounce around. Shirlee

I really enjoyed the nutrition class this morning and got some good ideas. I like the fieldtrip idea but I am sure we would be kicked out before we were done. I am fighting the fluctuating scales as others are. I will help Kim throw it out the window! Any more volunteers? Shirlee

Just keep smiling Shirlee. I t will get better!!!! I am smiling even though the scales don't seem to be my friend this week. I worked harder this week so maybe my body is fighting to keep all the reserve stored where it is and is holding on tight!!!!!!! What a battle. Things will get better!!!

This has been a low-energy couple of days and I am fighting through it. I t will pass but it is frustrating to feel so slow and tired. I will have to just keep pushing like the old grey mare. This opportunity is too awesome to not take total advantage of. The rest of the week will get better!!!!!!!!!

I am enjoying the benefits of being off diet coke and I am so glad I took that step!!! I've done it before but I hope to stay off of it this time. The stuff aint good for you. My feet tell me that when I drink it. Listen to your feet, they know best!!!!!!!!!!! The water is tasting better every day.

Today was a nutrition class and I need to sit down and put this together better and plan my food better. I think this will be my biggest challenge. Shaun worked me harder last night for my workout and I hope I can keep improving each time. I need to build up my endurance and strength. Thanks for the workout and pushing me a little harder each time Shaun. I need it!!!
Today we had another nutrition class. My head is spinning. My workout with Shaun last night was a good one but hard. I hope I can keep improving each time. Food is probably my biggest challenge, knowing how to put it togeather!!!!!!!!I must sit down and conquer that challenge soon!!!Only 90 or so days left.

Today was my first nutrition class and my first workout with my trainer Shawn. The class was great and the workout was awesome. I am going to sleep well tonight. I am really looking forward to this experience and plan on making the best of it. I am truly thankful for this opportunity.
